Overview
Gabon has a per capita income of four times the average for sub-Saharan African, largely due to its offshore oil production. It also exports manganese, wood and iron, with further plans to exploit rich deposits from 2012.
In Gabon, GAC has formed an alliance with leading ship agent GETMA International. GAC-GETMA provides a broad range of professional ship agency and logistics services to vessels calling at the country’s ports.
Founded in 1978, GETMA is present in more than 20 West African countries.
