Overview
Cameroon has one of the ten highest GDPs in sub-Saharan Africa, and counts France, Italy, South Korea, Spain and the UK among its major export partners. Cameroon has significant mineral resources, which have not yet been fully exploited. However, petroleum exploitation makes a substantial contribution to economy. More than 75% of the country’s industrial activity is concentrated in Douala and Bonaberi.

Founded in 1978, GETMA is present in more than 20 West African countries.
